REACH NEW HEIGHTS

Invest where it matters

You and your Executives wield the most influence over your organization's strategy, culture, and performance.  Any growth that you personally achieve is multiplied several times over in the engagement and productivity of your team; any lingering weakness hampers your organization's ability to compete.

You are THAT important.  Ultimately, *you* determine organizational success.

Given that reality, are you appropriately investing in your company's greatest asset?

What Coaching
is NOT.

  • A panacea
  • A quick fix
  • A crutch
  • Distant or removed

Watch this short clip on Rob's views about what coaching is not.

Objectives in Coaching

With my direct support, the Client will:

  • Identify specific goals for their process;
  • Clarify her personal vision and values and how these align with company priorities;
  • Increase awareness and understanding of her authentic strengths and weaknesses;
  • Develop and implement strategies and behaviors to lead herself, her team, and the business with increasingly greater effectiveness; and
  • Accomplish additional, agreed-upon objectives.

I've had the privilege of working with executive coaches at other times during my career. To date, Rob has been the very best. He takes a common sense approach to understanding who you are and then teach you how to relay your very best to others so that the communications are open, honest, and results oriented. The tools he uses to ascertain one's skill sets and how to improve them are not time consuming and are very accurate.

Rob cares for the individual he is coaching, and that makes the time investment to better yourself very worthwhile. I look forward to my continued journey on professional and self improvement with Rob as my coach throughout the progression of my career.

What Coaching IS.

  • A focused strategy for growth
  • Longer term
  • Hard work
  • a Goal-Oriented RELATIONSHIP

Scope of Services

I design the Client’s process resourcing the following elements; that is, they are incorporated when appropriate to the Client’s goals, gifts and challenges:

  • To Set the Stage

    An initial discovery, trust, and coaching objectives session to explore the conceptual framework and working relationship required for a successful coaching engagement.

    A three-way meeting between the Client, the Coach and the Company Sponsor (often the Client’s immediate manager) to clarify process goals, to define the terms of “confidentiality,” and to establish commitment of all three parties to these terms.

  • To Gather Information

    On-site observations, where I observe the Client in the course of her normal workday over a 5-6 hour period.

    Remote interviews of selected direct reports & peers to round out the picture of how others experience the Client’s behavior.

    360 assessments, if additional rigor/specificity are warranted.

  • To Stimulate the Client’s Growth

    Off-site in person or video coaching sessions, 60 minutes in length every two weeks.

    Assigned readings or podcasts that speak specifically to the Client’s condition.

    Priority phone and email support to troubleshoot current issues.

  • To Establish Key Dynamics

    Facilitated DiSC or Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team training session with the Client’s team/direct reports.

    Facilitated visioning and values identification.

  • To Close Well

    Closure and executive summary session: In person summary review with Client to discuss the process, results, and recommendations.
