In my 25+ years as a consultant, I've enjoyed the privilege of developing
customized interventions focusing on safety, leadership and organizational alignment across industry, both nationally and internationally. My clients have included Chord Energy, Medallion Midstream, Lamons Manufacturing, Matrix Service Company, Georgia-Pacific, St. John Health System, BorgWarner, Dow Chemical, Baxter Health Care, and the W. K. Kellogg Foundation among others. Although I now focus on Executive clients, I am equally at home guiding senior managers down to high-potential individual contributors.
